  • Add unlimited HAZID to a project.
  • HAZID overview shown in the dashboard.
  • Assessment List shows all HAZID in a project including the Revision, Stage, Review Date, Exposure and Status of all content.
  • Colour coded Exposure for Internal and External content.
  • Stage statistics show Draft, In Review & Approved HAZID for each project.
  • Status statistics show Worksheet actions that are Open, Closed or have been Transferred to HAZOP.
  • Approve or change the HAZID to an earlier Stage.
  • Retired HAZID don’t show in statistics.
  • Retired HAZID can be returned to an earlier Stage and re-used.
  • Select Review Periods and the Review Date auto assigns.
  • Review periods can be left empty, the Review Date will display as ‘Not Set’.
  • Warning displayed when Review Dates are set to expire within 30 days and once expired.
  • Add Notes to a HAZID, edit notes to any Stage HAZID without the revision updating.
  • Document numbers auto-assigned based on document criteria and information.
  • Individual HAZID Status showing Open, Closed and Transferred actions is shown in the HAZID Summary. 
  • Print / export HAZID to a local printer or to PDF [browser / print dependent].
  • Print / export HAZID with filtering enabled.
  • Worksheets are printed / exported with a summary page detailing all the specific information relevant to the assessment.
  • Provide Guest Access to non-RISKUL subscribers to allow for viewing and print / export of selected RAM Worksheets.
  • Copy HAZID to other projects. RISKUL removes project specific content that isn’t applicable in the destination project.
  • Copy worksheet rows to other unapproved HAZID within the same project.
  • Sequential revision change to a HAZID when the Stage is changed to Approved.
  • Worksheets are locked from editing once Approved.
  • Approved Worksheets can be returned to an earlier stage by an Editor or Approver.
  • Readers can view content but can’t edit.
  • Only Project Admin can delete RAM.

  • Sequential row Id numbering when adding a new row to a Worksheet.
  • Worksheet row content can be edited at any time by assigned Users providing the HAZID isn’t Approved.
  • Worksheets are Locked from editing when another user is making changes.
  • Worksheet Date On auto populates and can be edited if required.
  • Identify Exposure content as Internal or External if you need to keep content confidential.
  • ‘Applicable’ is a Keyword entry column, select content from your pre-configured Keyword library.
  • Select multiple ‘Applicable’ Keywords for inclusion.
  • Add Keywords that will only show on the current HAZID row.
  • Add Keywords and save them to the Keyword Library for use on other HAZID worksheets and projects.
  • Free text columns in Worksheets allow you to add content as you require.
  • Change the Status to Open or Closed depending on the condition of the action.
  • Delete row content that is no longer relevant.
  • Rows don’t re-number once a row has been deleted. Row references to specific row Id numbers will be retained.
  • Select a row and transfer it to a HAZOP if the action cannot be closed.
  • Selected row content can be transferred to HAZOP in any project.
  • Transferred row content can no longer be edited from the original Worksheet.
  • Transferred content automatically changes the Worksheet row Status to ‘Transferred’
  • Transferred content contains identifiers to enable the User to track the action.
  • Content can’t be Transferred to Approved HAZOP.
  • Optimised screen size is available when working in a Worksheet.
  • Choose content to display as Priority Risks from HAZID worksheets.
  • Summary of Priority Risks displays in the HAZID Dashboard and the Project Dashboard.
  • Assign ‘Responsible’ from the list of project members or add free text.
