Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a free version of RISKUL?

No, at RISKUL we don’t limit access to system features or provide a basic account with limited functionality. A RISKUL license gets you access to all the tools within RISKUL to ensure that you’re best placed to start you’re risk assessment / risk management activities.

What is the best plan for me?

It all depends on the size of your organisation and the number of people that you want to be involved in your risk assessment / risk management activities. RISKUL package prices are based on number of users. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll be happy to gain a better understanding of what you do and advise on how best to apply RISKUL within your teams.

Can I change my plan?

If you’ve opted for a monthly billing plan and want to switch to an annual billing, you can contact us and we’ll arrange the switch at no cost.

RISKUL Pro packages can upgrade to Teams or Enterprise without any content loss. For Teams, Enterprise, or bespoke packages you simply tell us how many users you need, and we’ll bill accordingly. Increasing users can be done at any time, decreasing the number of users that you need can be done at renewal.

Can I pay for RISKUL monthly?

Yes, you can pay for RISKUL on a monthly or annual basis. If you decide to pay annually, you can make some real savings. See our pricing section for details.

Can I cancel my account?

RISKUL gives you flexibility, you can cancel your monthly account anytime and you’ll only be billed to the end of the cancellation month. Annual billing accounts can also be cancelled and will take effect from the end of the agreed subscription termination date.

Can I add more people to my RISKUL package?

You can increase the number of users by contacting us. RISKUL can assign ‘blank’ user profiles so you can provide these to your team members as required.

How do I control access to RISKUL

Each of your users is provided with ‘Reader’ access to RISKUL. You let us know how many of your users you want to be Project Administrators and we will set up the accounts for you. You can then assign access rights / permissions to each user on a project basis. Users can be Approver, Editor or Reader. Your Project Administrators can delete and re-assign users.

Do I need to provide payment detail for the free trial?

You do not need to provide any payment details to access the RISKUL 30-day free trial.

What happens when the free trial period finishes?

When your 30-day free trial period ends you will receive an email from RISKUL informing you that your trial is ending. If you decide to purchase RISKUL then your domain and content will remain live. If you decide not to purchase RISKUL then your trial site access will be stopped.

Can you create a proposal for my team?

Of course, contact us and we can create a bespoke proposal and advise on how best to integrate RISKUL into your organisation.

Do you provide training on RISKUL?

RISKUL comes with a comprehensive user guide and is a very easy platform to use. We’re happy to provide overview training on how to use RISKUL and its features but we cannot provide you with training on how to manage your risk. More in-depth training for getting the best out of RISKUL can be arranged but there would be a charge for this.

Which form of payment do you accept?

We accept BACs transfer in GBP that must be made following issuance of a RISKUL invoice. At present we do not accept card payments.

How secure is RISKUL?
