RISKUL v1.4.0 introduces new features and improvements to some existing functions.
System Improvements
System Notifications have been moved to the Login screen.
Version number now displays on the Login screen.
Improvements to ‘Light Mode’ styling.
General improvements to the Report and RAM print templates.
Workspace
Clicking on a ‘Locked’ RAM will open the RAM Summary Page instead of the User having to manually navigate through the system to the ‘Locked’ RAM.
Project Admins can click on any ‘Locked’ RAM to open the RAM Summary Page.
‘My Actions’ added. Each RAM tab will display the RAM that has open actions for the User. Clicking on the Project, Doc No, Title table content will open the Summary page on the RAM Worksheet, clicking the drop-down arrow will display a condensed summary of the open action from the RAM Worksheet. Clicking the open action content will link directly to the RAM Worksheet. Actions can be worked on from Workspace to reduce the manual searching through all RAM in the project.
RAM Requiring Approval are now linked to the RAM Summary page.
Project Dashboard
Priority Risks – Risk Register, HAZID, HAZOP, Project Members now display as collapsible menus.
Risk Register Priority Risk displayed content updated to reflect the changes in the Risk Register Worksheet and to maximise information shown.
Clicking on Priority Risks – Risk Register, HAZID, & HAZOP content links directly to the worksheet content.
Project Members display with a summary of their assigned actions for each RAM.
Project Reports
Improvements made to the report content:
Full Report – now includes the Project Member summary and the RC Matrix.
Summary & Priority Risks Report – now includes the RC Matrix.
RAM Status Report – now includes the RC Matrix.
RAM Worksheets
Individual Worksheet row content can now be copied any Project within RISKUL. The existing RISKUL copy functionality is retained with project specific fields defaulting to system values ensuring values specific to one project aren’t copied to another.
Projects
Expired projects default to the bottom of the project list.
Project identifier and Project Short Text now display in 1x column.
Risk Register Worksheet
Improvements to the layout of the Worksheet:
Area & Sub-Area columns headings have been renamed to Category & Sub-Category.
Worksheet columns ‘Due to’ ‘There is risk that’ ‘Causing’ have been replaced with 2x columns; ‘Risk Description’ & ‘Impact’. Existing Risk Register content from the previous columns ‘Due to’ ‘There is a risk that’ have been combined to display in the ‘Risk Description’ column and ‘Causing’ now displays in the ‘Impact’ column. This change has been implemented to more concise information to be inputted over less columns without compromising on content.
‘At Risk’ columns moved to follow the ‘Impact’ column.
Print option for the Risk Register Worksheet has been introduced. The print function works in the same manner as the other RAM Worksheet print options and can be printed with filter selected. The RC Matrix is also printed with the Risk Register.
