RISKUL v1.8.2 introduces an enhancement to the R-Tool worksheet approval and re-approval process, improving control, clarity, and ease of use.
Important: To ensure the update functions correctly, clear your browser cache before logging in. For additional guidance, refer to the User Guide or speak with your RISKUL system administrator.
R-Tool Worksheet Approval Updates
Improved R-Tool Approval Workflow
- Only users with Approver access can now set or change the Review Period for an R-Tool worksheet.
- Worksheets can be re-approved by simply selecting a Review Period from the list and saving the change.
- An additional Review Period of ‘N/a or Not Required‘ is available for selection from the drop down.
- The Review Date updates automatically based on the selected Review Period.
- Review Periods can be updated without changing the worksheet Revision Number.
- Worksheets do not need to be returned to Draft or In Review status when updating the Review Period.
- Revision comments can be added or edited at any time by Editors or Approvers, without affecting the revision history or altering the recorded author or approver details.
